What do I mean by Truth in the Name of Love?
It's a phrase I've come up with that refers to embracing who you are and how you know yourself to be. It’s an inner truth that’s aligned with your core values and guided by the principles of love and compassion.
Embracing your Truth in the Name of Love means prioritizing self-awareness and integrity in your thoughts, words, and actions. This will ultimately lead to greater fulfillment, connection, and harmony in your life and rmarriage.
Doesn't that sound like a beautiful way to live?

The Gifts of Imperfection
What’s Your Truth in the Name of Love?
Each couple I work with is unique, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to helping them discover their Truth in the Name of Love.
So, when I start working with a new battle-weary couple, I tell them my golden rule:
As long as it's your truth and as long as it's loving, we can work with that because that is your combined Truth in the Name of Love.
Usually, when I say this, they look at me in disbelief.
"That's it?" Jeff asked.
"Yes."
"Are you saying that we're free to come up with any truth that works for us as long as it fits within those parameters?" asked Diana.
"As long as it's your truth," I reiterate, "and not some other truth you're trying to make fit or work for you, yes. That's why you're here — to discover what that truth is."
Watching battle-weary couples shed the weight of societal expectations and past grievances to authentically express their love is truly transformative. And when they start speaking their truths to each other lovingly and respectfully, what generally emerges is something unexpected. Like a phoenix rising from the ashes of marital discord, the new love rising then becomes their shared Truth in the Name of Love.
So, ladies, what's your Truth in the Name of Love?
